Her expertise spans strategic people development, leadership coaching, and the design of impactful, people-led transformation initiatives.

Holding an Executive MBA and a BA in Human Resources, Nancy is certified in Coaching, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Psychometric Testing, and Emotional Intelligence. With cross-industry exposure, she has worked with and consulted for organizations across Luxury, Fashion, and Retail, as well as the Hospitality, Technology, and Creative Services sectors — with additional experience in Industrial and Property Management environments across the Middle East and Europe.

A lifelong learner, Nancy is currently pursuing an International MBA at Barcelona Business School and continues to operate across EMEA, combining strategic insight with a deep understanding of human behavior – an approach that defines The HR Clinic’s commitment to meaningful, people-centric transformation.
