Nancy is the co-founder and Director of The HR Clinic, she has over 16 years of experience in HR with focus on Talent experience, People & Culture transformations, executive coaching as well as developing & leading workshops and trainings

She holds a BA & an Executive MBA in HR. Acquired certifications in Coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy, psychometric testing, life coaching as well as social and emotional intelligence coaching. She worked inhouse and as a consultant supporting a variety of businesses across the region within the FMCG, Luxury Fashion & Jewelry, Retail and Technology industries.

She is an avid traveler, an organic concept store owner, a yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner while currently pursuing a BA in psychology & Human Science. Nancy is a true people person, highly curious and possesses great abilities to connect with people at all levels.
