Mental Health and Psychosocial Expert, Certified Systemic Therapist, and an internal advisor. Since 2006, she has partnered with numerous INGOs and UN agencies across Asia, Central America, Africa, and the Middle East, supporting organizations operating in high-stress and crisis contexts.

Her work focuses on co-designing and implementing crisis interventions, capacity-building programs, and staff-care strategies in close collaboration with HR and leadership teams.

Based in France and operating globally, Marie-Adèle contributes to The HR Clinic as part of its advisory board, sharing her deep expertise in mental health and wellbeing at work.
