Marie-Adele Salem

Marie – Adele is a Mental Health Expert and an internal consultant. Certified Systemic Therapist,
Mental Health and Psychosocial expert. Since 2006, she has been working as a consultant with
numerous INGOs and UN agencies intervening in armed conflicts, natural disasters, and complex
humanitarian emergencies, in Asia, Central America, Africa and the Middle East.

In close collaboration with HR and Management, in each of the organizations she worked with,
her role consisted of understanding the organizations’ priorities, co-designing and implementing crisis
interventions, capacity development and staff-care plans.

France based operating globally, Marie-Adele is passionate about working in the field, when she’s not
handling international conflicts you’d find her creating new recipes for her family, decorating or
refurbishing pre-loved furniture.
